Forum Navigation short cut

The shortcut at the top of the page that lets you go from go back to the current forum or further back all the way to the forum home needs to be added to the bottom of the page as well so when you are done replying to a post, you don't have to scroll all the way back to the top of the page in order to return to the forum topic list.
