How much customization for player owned node stores and buildings?

Does anyone know how far they're going with node building customization? Like if I set up a blacksmith shop would it just be a stall with a chair and stuff or could I have an actual forge in the middle with an anvil and stuff? Could I open a library? I think it would be cool if players could make libraries and custom made books instead of going to google if you're super stuck you could research it in the library!

    They have said that the stalls will display the items that they predominately have for sale. Have a bunch of weapons, your stall will display weapons. No details on customization for rented stalls. There is no plan for player "owned" stalls. No details on whether those that purchase in-city housing will be able to turn them into stores and inns. (we do have that signage snippet from the city trailer camera pans that has INN signage on it, but no details as to whether that was a player owned or npc structure.)
