I know this sounds like a stupid question, i'm sorry. I do not know how to get the game up and running. Any help?

    Easy, just wait two years.

    The game is currently not out yet and it won't be anytime soon. If you're saying you have a game that's called Ashes of Creation then I suggest you delete that game immediately and do a full scan on your computer for any type of virus.
