Add bagpipes to AoC?

We will have bards in the game, so I was thinking. Would it be a good idea to add Bagpipes as an option for a Bard to play?
I mean think about it, bagpipes have been around a very long time, and were used to lead an army into battles, also used to say goodbye to the fallen solders. IMO I say why not, if there is a way to make it work.
What do you guys think?
