alpha sunday 3PM - still no key / download, no answer to support tickets

i still got no mail with a key / download link and i don't get a response to my tickets i already opened hours ago.

My timeslot is sunday 3PM ( 3 hours to go) and i am wondering if i will get the mail in time to download the game ;(
