Hi I purchased the pioneer level package and added my key to the account but i do not see anything in my rewards section? Is that not available yet?Also I don't have the forum badge.

Your package should appear in your dashboard orders section.
The rewards for Kickstarter backers will appear in December 2018 (estimated date).
The Kickstarter forum badges have not yet been implemented. There is currently no estimated date as to when these will appear.
