Should I have received it by now? Still haven't received mine. Is there anyway I can send in a ticket? As of right now, I feel like a lost $150.

You should have received your KS email by now. Make sure to check your spam, junk folders and try a search for "intrepid studios". After attempting that with no results then you can contact customer services via the support button on the main page!

I sent in a ticket. I had already checked all those folders at the time of posting.
