I have a question or problem

I bought one of the packages and I used the code that came with it but the account only appears in the orders that I bought the package. I did  use the package that I bought in this account. and it  show that I do not have a package or anithing and the only thing that show i bought the package is the notice on orders

Let me try to understand the issue:

• You purchased a package. Was this a Kickstarter package? Summer Sale package? PAX Package? Or one of the current offered packages?

Could you please tell me what you are seeing so I may better troubleshoot the issue?

was the kickstarter the first ones

and yes it apear on orders just not on any othe place of the acunt

This is as intended by design. There may come a time in the future when the packages show a more itemized listing but this is not something that Intrepid has stated any ETA on.
