Upgrade or change PAX Package!! HELP

Hello Guys,
i think i got a small problem but i cant find a post that really helps me.
I have bought myself a PAX Exclusive Alpha Package on 3. September and i dont know how to upgrade it to the new pre order Packs. When i go into my account my my Dashboard and my Updates and Addons are complitly empty. What should i do?

The option to exchange PAX packages will be added to the store soon. Earliest anticipation for that to be available is mid to late January possibly later.

Ok but why isnt the PAX Pack in my Dashboard and do i loose the Package cosmetic with changing the Pack?

If you exchange your package from PAX for a new package, then yes you would be exchanging and not retaining items.

Ok so is there a way to buy only the cosmetic items from the pre orders ?

Intrepid has stated that the option to purchase a la carte add ons would be exclusive to those purchasing the package or to those backers from the KS/SS packages.
