So on the 15th of December I sent a name change request (ticket no. 3648) yet still haven't received a reply, I'm quite confused as to what I should do about it, send another request ?

    Intrepid is currently on holiday until after the 1st. With Alpha 0 and the Holiday wrapped into one, I suspect a small delay in response. Hang tight and they should likely be able to respond this week or next after the New Year.
