Not recieved receipt after purchase


On the 30.12.17 I bought the Voyager Pre-Order Pack in the store, but have still not received any mail regarding my purchase. I've checked the spamfolder, and I have tried to send mail to Intrepid using the support diamond button at the bottom of the site. I tried resending the mail on the third of January since I did not hear anything. I have still not got any reply. I'm now wondering how I proceed regarding this.
