How to enter into beta and also UX issues

I was wondering how do I enter into the alpha/beta as I have been registered for a long time yet received nothing about it.  Also when I chose a Category for the type of support the selections font-colour is white therefore I cannot see them. Quickly change the css to black text :D

p.s this also happens to tags when typing them.
