I was wondering whether the KS backers are allowed to buy the individual items from packages only while the particular package is out or will we be able to buy them later too ? 

So the current 'Necromonic Costume' will it be only available for me to buy individualy now and once a new package comes out I won't be able to buy it, or even if a new one comes out I will still have the option to buy it ?

    Once an item leaves the store it is gone for good ... unless Intrepid revisits offerings.
