Telegraph Abilities and Hybrid Combat

I'd be interested to hear the thoughts of players who prefer action combat on the use of telegraph abilities in the game as they are somewhat of a cross between action and tab-targeting skills. Their presence seems to be catering to both types of players; although, arguably more towards a tab-targeting playstyle since they typically have a broader area of effect than action skills.

My question for you:

Would you incorporate telegraph abilties into your action combat rotation?
