When will the persistent Alpha 2 launch?

When the question was already asked I am sorry, cuz i am too stupid to find the answer haha

    In a interview during PAX steven mentioned that Alpha 1 and 2 is scheduled all throughout 2018.  but other than that no word just yet. 
    in previous mention's  Alpha 1 was mentioned to be around Q3-Q4 of this year. with Alpha 2 happening shortly after that phase has completed.

    There is no time frame yet and probably not till the later half of this at a minimum.
