Be careful when upgrading your pre order bundle

First of all, i just contacted support, so this is just to help others not make the mistake i did. I thought my first pre order bundle was the 250.00 Voyager, so yesterday, when i saw we could upgrade our pre order bundles, i did another 250.00, however, as it turns out, my first bundle was the the 150.00 Expeditionary bundle, and now my total support is in limbo, 100.00 short of the bundle i wanted, the Intrepid, and i dont see a way to upgrade it.

They will sort you out. And then you can come back here with a glowing, shiny happy statement about how much you love Intrepid Studios Customer Support instead of an "OMG, look what happened" post. It isn't like you are buying electronics from some guy on the street out to the back of a van. They have a vested interest in sorting your mistakes out.

Awe, im very sorry, I didnt mean to insinuate in any way that I doubted they would help me, and im sure I will be happy in the outcome. If you would pls refer to my first sentence above, which im guessing you skipped over.  I only wanted to warn others to not make the same mistake I made. I had purchased my first bundle months ago, and forgot I had only done the 150.00 Expeditionary bundle to start with.

No harm, no foul. There has been some confusion regarding the upgrade process and I am sure you are not the only person to have run into buying multiple packs.
