A Few Questions on the Pre-Order Packs

I have a few questions on the pre-order packs that I hope you guys can help me with.  :)
1. When I buy the pack, where will it show up? I have read that it shows up on your profile?(maybe) I am still a little confused on this.

2. Any estimate on when the next months pack will be coming out? I only ask because I still want to get the Intrepid Level pack, but am contemplating getting the Voyager pack because I may not have enough for Intrepid by the time it goes away.

3. My last question, when will we be able to upgrade packs? And how does it work? If I were to buy the Voyager pack, would I just have to pay 250 to upgrade to Intrepid level?

Sorry if these questions have already been answered, I was looking around and could not find anything.
