    Regarding this it has already been posted twice, I think many people will want the option to customize their own personal NPC, but aside from hiring NPCs there has been no mention of creating ones as far as I'm concerned :3

    Creating an NPC would require having electronic sex.  Just one more reason to have in game Brothels.
