Store needs a cosmetic bundle
I really love the idea of being able to purchase the cosmetics separately, but there's need to be a bundle like the summer addon bundle for kickstarter backers for cosmetics each month.
I would definitely be more incentivized to buy a bundle if it had a 10-20% off than just buying all the cosmetics separately at full price. (i.e. I bought everything except for alchemy skin, but if that alchemy skin was $10 instead of $25 with a bundle, I would definitely be all over it.)
I think this is just a good idea for promotion and will probably end up making more funding for the game through discounted bundles instead of just listing cosmetics separately.

If you buy a pack now you can buy the cosmetics of that tier or lower.
So for example, you buy the $75 pack now, you will be able to buy whatever cosmetics come with the $75 packs of the future.
You buy the $500 pack, you can buy whatever cosmetics come out from now till launch.

In this case
The Necromonic Costume, Ship of the Damned, Bonestrider, Pseudo-Dracolich Pet, Plague Lab, and Spectral eye. Bundle all those together and mark it like 10% off instead of individual.
I already bought the Braver of Worlds pack in kickstarter, so I don't want to buy a "bundle" with game time and other stuff that isn't applicable to me.
Your last statement is also confusing. Why would you need to buy a "bundle" with game time, embers, testing access if you are BoW? Simple answer is, you don't. Pick and choose each month from the stuff you want. You have absolutely no reason to buy a "bundle," those are not meant for you. Realize that when you log into the store under your account, you see different options than other people, they don't even see those options to purchase the cosmetics individually unless they bought into previous campaigns. Just like when you go to your dashboard and can still see the summer addons for purchase. Unless someone was KS, they don't see those either.
Thanks for the heads up there @bazgrim
Just more convenience.
Unknown has absolutely no idea what I'm suggesting and I don't know how to put it any clearer to him.
Edit: Not going to post another thing to argue with this kid who's hardcore whiteknighting. A company takes feedback, that's what they do.
I don't know if this post had anything to do with it, but I thank Intrepid regardless.
While there are some people who want everything, there are going to people who say "Well, I only want this 1 thing and this 1 thing, so why don't I get a discount for buying 2 things" Thus by offering a discount on something, you make people feel unhappy even though realistically they have no reason to.
There would also be people who say "OMG WTF Intrepid is so greedy, why they selling MORE packs to people who already bought the KS/Summer backer kits" Again, people would be unhappy even though they could still buy just the one or two items they REALLY want this month.
And then you have people like Fool up there who doesn't have a clue about the cost of an MMO development and wants everything available in game. And of course he's unhappy because he thinks everything should be available to people who pay the sub fee.
You can't make everyone happy.
