I still cant exchange my Pax key against the pre order packs? I thought this would be possible around 26.01.2018. Is it still not possible

All PAX backers were gifted a Pre-Order pack of equivalent value at no charge back in January. You can verify this package under the "Purchases and Order" tab of your account dashboard. It will be listed at $0!
