I have experienced the devolution of in game chat channels from respecting ,helpful, comedic resources to spam filled troll flame and a - - l posts. I feel that if a scaled percentage or base # of players in that chat down grade multiple posts from an account a temporary auto ban could be enabled.

There will be an ignore feature. We don't know at this time whether it will be account or individual. If you don't like it, block it. It is for you to take care of your own experience, not put your personal feedback into others. In every other instance where this has been tried, it fails due to the herd mentality and overall assholishness of the internet.
