Add on cancellation

Soo i dont know what the zendesk is, but its been a solid week since i submitted my support ticket for an add on to be cancled. Wanted to cancle the daystrider mule add on cosmetic from ks.
I havent even had a reply yet from the support team unfortunately, but hopefully i hear back soon concerning my situation.

  • Hi, they might be a bit busy atm, if you try "bumping" the ticket or subitting a new one, they will be able to get back to you asap

    all good that's all we can do atm, and yeah atm they are at GDC, and in a few week's it's PAX so pretty flat out atm, even for the support team :smile:
