hi. i've already sent a message to the team, as far as i know, but as of now the email has not been responded to. i also sent money through the kickstarter program, and i have not got it noted on my account as well. can someone please respond to the email so this can be sorted please?

    Good afternoon. This board is for forums and discord support. The Intrepid team is currently at PAX East this week and delays may be experienced in the CS team responding. That being said a response typically takes less than 1 week. If more than 1 week passes, you may send a response to the email confirmation of your ticket in zendesk.
