Question regarding purchasing founders packs

So I just recently found out about this game and I will be purchasing the 75$ pack soon, but my question is this: If I buy the first tier, will I be able to buy the later tiers for a reduced price at a later time? For instance: the 150 tier at a 75 dollar discount. Thanks for your help.

    Upgrade pathways for package purchases are done so at a "pay the difference' cost structure.
