Upgrade Summer packages?

I apologize if I missed it somewhere but will we be able to upgrade Summer Crowdfunding packages? I know there was talk about it. I was just curious with the pre-order packs that are out.

    This is something that the Intrepid team is continuing to work on. No ETA has yet been officially communicated yet.
