Kickstarter upgrades

Hello! AoC community! 
I've been fairly inactive since the kickstarter, and just now starting to pay attention to AoC again, after the PAX video.
I can see that im able to upgrade my kickstarter package, do anyone have any information on how long i will be able to do so? Since i want to upgrade to the lifetime package, but i do not currently have the money.

    I think there's no info about that, but based on that they send a notice before taking down the monthly cosmetics, I guess we will hear about this too before they remove the option.

    I have the same plan here with similar problems. :)

    They have never given a firm date on it to end. They have said the the cosmetics would be available as addons a la carte from the Summer Backing until they concept art was added. Since that has been done, it is up to them. I personally don't see why they would end it at least before Alpha 1, it does no harm for them to keep it active, generates possible revenue, and keeps a segment of their early supporters active and happy. So could be anytime between now and launch. They most likely would give a reasonable (whatever that may mean) time frame for people to know before ending that option.

    And remember you have to play for 2.5 years for that Lifetime Sub to even start paying itself off.  Its a gamble considering how little we know about the game.  I took the gamble myself, but I know plenty of people that didn't.

    That's also a reason i'm waiting, hoping to see more of the game before i buy, but what from what i have seen, they really have improved, atleast from when we saw the early game, hoping they will continue. and make a great game

    I was wondering about this as well because just like yourself i stepped away from looking at the game for a while after the initial kickstarter push.  Thanks for seeking it out!

    They said way back in the past that they will announce a date for it, once all the art is updated for the store (ks and summer). But nothing of that yet, that passed my eye

    Maybe once alpha around the time of alhpa 1 or until release? @lexmax you know anything.

    @Bazic there is no official end date on the upgrades. Expect an official announcement before the upgrade program is ended.
