Ahoj!
So, the problem i have is when you want to open a ticket, it asks for a name and a email adress.. thats fine; But does it want me to put in my Real - and or Nickname, or a name for my Ticket?
So am i suppost to write "Tey", "John Johnson" or "Junk got stuck in filing cabinet" ?
Im not sure it which one it is. its only asking for a "name" with no description to it.
Would it be possible to make this more clear?
I don't want to make it harder for the Ticket Support to do their work by misnaming my tickets.
Thanks.
