Bumped multiple times like I’ve been told.

    Normal response time for a CS ticket is around a week, however due to PAX and adding all the new Alpha Zero tester's getting their details sorted etc, there are delay's presently. Keep bumping your ticket, and someone will be with you soon.

    This section is for Discord or Forums support. The CS team queue via Zendesk is separate. What I would recommend is to "bump" your ticket by replying. The Moderator team does not have access to Zendesk and can not be of assistance sir.
