Packs vs Addons

So I posted about this once before, however, I again am confused and I don't think completely what I was bringing up ever got really answered.

So when I ordered my Intrepid Pack, it came with the current set of items which are standard (base items) :
  • Access to Alpha 1
  • Access to Alpha 2
  • Access to Beta 1
  • Access to Beta 2
  • 12 months of game time ($180 value)
  • $150 in Embers (in-game marketplace credits, NO P2W!)
  • Name Reservation!
Then from what I can see, every 'Flavor' of the Packs changes so often which include different items. So when I got mine these were published: 
  • Necromonic Costume!
  • Plague Lab!
  • Spectral Eye!
  • Pseudo-Dracolich Pet!
  • Bonestrider!
  • Ship of the Damned!
Now what is available as additional pack items are:
  • Wings of Reverence!
  • Protector's Sanctuary!
  • Protector's Armor (Costume)!
  • Shield of Reverence
  • Protector's Pride Pet!
  • Sky's Vengeance Mount!
However, none of those items are available for purchase for Add-On items.  There is no way for anyone to purchase those particular items, even if they have purchased a prior pack to obtain these. 

So am I to understand, that if I really liked the items in the current Intrepid Pack (or any other pack) I'd have to purchase the entire pack again --- with the wasted Base Items (above) wasted on this new purchase?

    Actually I did purchase those items, piece mail, due to having previously purchased a package.

    When on the store page scroll down, a secondary scroll bar will appear, scroll down there too (assuming your window does show all content). You will find the single piece options only if you have linked your account to the webpage. Also, I found out that being signed into the forum is not the same as being signed into my account.

    Sign into your account, then go to store page, then scroll down. If this doesn't help send a Mod a DM.

    Be sure to be signed into your account when visiting the store.

    Yep, I had to sign in before I could see them for this month.  However, the previous months they were automatically showing up just by going to the store.

    I think you can see them under your dashboard too. If you add my forum extension, there’s a link straight to your dashboard

    Make sure you are logged in on the main page it's hard to miss sometimes especially if you are auto logged on the forums you might forget to check the main page.

    I don't know what happened. However, now after checking (and I know I was logged in) this month's items are available for single item purchase. Previously the items in the packs were not available to me. Only packs + physical items.  However, looks like things are working / fixed for me now!
