About how long does it take for your purchase of the monthly items take to show up on your account?  I ordered a couple of days ago, got an email receipt, but my account does not show the items.

    Did you get a key with the email?  It might be on the way.  When I backed via Kickstarter, I eventually got an email with a key.  I added the key to my account on this site and it shows up as being attached to my account.

    If you don't have a key in that original email and don't get one soon, check with the support forum.  You can submit a support request.  Sometimes things get lost and they can fix it.

    @T-Elf if it isn't showing up here https://www.ashesofcreation.com/account/orders by now, then you have a problem. Anything bought on the site would appear there. So like Atama said, file a ticket, they tend to get to the ones that involve money pretty quick from anecdotal evidence, and they will sort you out.
