Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!
For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Conjurer – Jack of All and King of None?
Friends: I’ve been ogling conjurer as my primary’s class. I think a conjurer looks to be a fill for missing class in a group: Tank, Cleric, Mage. I also think it challenging to understand how each other class works. The don'ts is not to pull a mob or agro as a tank before the group is ready, heal everyone or dps not causing a wipe, or understanding the nuances of mage spells. Other than a fill-in, what makes a conjurer its own class important? In other words, the other classes have a specific role to play in a group. What makes a conjurer do something in a group that stands out other than a stand in? That being said, the reputation of a conjurer understanding the different classes will make or break 'us/them' on a server. Insight appreciated Thank you.

Final thoughts: Summoners & Conjurers need to be designed with competent base spells and potency (weather tank, mage, cleric). Otherwise, were just another DPS along for the ride. Make us worth while in a pinch when you need a class that is illusive. I imagine, the ‘summoner’ is analogous to what a lot of folks want to play yet is unrewarding. I’d like to be a conjurer and lead my friends to victory particularly when I / we have to fill a role. Jack of All and King of None.
