    the game is just about to start its alpha 1 phase but the game its self will come out "before 2020"

    You can't yet, the Alpha 0 is in progress and from the looks of it no more key draws will be made, in about a month the Alpha 1 will start and the packages with A1 access have ended aprox. 2 weeks ago. Your best bet is to get a package with A2 access and wait for it to begin which I think will be in around 6-7 months.
