Could you play a MMO without killing anything?

    As much as I enjoy being a laid back player no. I couldn't play without killing anything haha. Especially if quests require I do so.

    If I decide that a group member doesn't deserve to get healed, does that count as killing him?
    To be more serious, if heals, buffs and ccs are enough to keep me busy and healers don't have strong damage skills, I can play without killing. But if everyone has "heal for damage done" skills, so I only need to heal when they take a heavy blow I'll do some damage aswell.
