Why are you still wearing socks?
I guess you guys didn't see the Twitchcast from Pax West yet or else it would have blown your socks off like it did mine. The combat footage made my jaw drop to the floor. Uh.. I take back everything I said about AoC being a clone of Archage. That entire thread is wrong.
Being in that huge battle from ground level makes it 1000x's better! Holy moly!
Also, Alpha 1 begins this week and we all get to be in it after 4 months! That made me poop myself! I still don't have a computer strong enough to play the game. I need another $800 in the next 4 months. The deadline is on!
Another jaw dropper is the Battle Royale mode! Battle Royal in the dark ages? Yes, please!
The castle siege with the things and the other things. Yes! That! That please! Yes! So freakin' awesome! And the buildings are destructible!
Character customization is insane! Steampunk Orc Mage here I come! The character will be savable too! (Is that a word?) You'll be able to save it and use it in the real game later! Go watch the Twitch. The audience hardly clapped. I think they didn't know anything about the game. But I did! And I cheered too! I just watched it on YouTube. Is there a better version of the combat footage somewhere? The one I saw was low quality. Freakin' awesome!
