Looking for a NA pve/x guild

I'm looking for a pve/x guild who will have lots of people on during the afternoons (pacific time zone). I currently play ESO and have maxed out crafters there and hope to do something similar in AoC. The notion of owning a freehold and building a little business that supports guild members through crafting sounds appealing. Anyone know of a guild that would support something like this?
