Can one play in multiple servers while paying 1 membership price.

Ok, so i have met a few people throughout these months and we love eachothers company, the big question came out. where do you live?
oh i live in USA,
oh i live in New Zealand
im in australia
ok so there will be EU 
NA
and oceanic and everyone wants to have the best connection for Game-Play. and well most of us are in NA, like 30 people in the whole group, anyways these people are asking me if they can play in oceanic, and come play in NA obviously with a different toon but in the same account? or are they forced to pay 15 in oceanic and 15 in NA. and 15 if they decide to play in EU for some reason.?

so what i mean, is, player 1-10 plays in NA
and player 11-14 are better off playing in OC but they want to dedicate 50/50 to play with us and do their own thing more serious with better ping. will 11-14 pay twice? or still 1 $15 charge USD btw

Nope, they have said that there will be one fee. How that is worked out between them and my.com is another issue. My.com is just handling account issues for EU, the launcher will still be through Intrepid. Could change down the line, but they probably want to let sleeping dogs lie at this point. The OCE/SEA servers are being self-published as of latest information, and those would of course fall under their umbrella.

Edit: Remember I don't work for Intrepid, I am just going off of past statements, they could change it if they see fit, but as it stands now, no region locking and one fee.

ah ok, well thats good to know for me. ive got a toal of 52 ish players i play with, think less since i have bots in my discord lol. but lets say 45. and about3/4 of those including myself play NA and those left out well we have grown a great friendship and dont want to let go because of ping and what not. but lets be real we will end up breaking apart after some time.
