Phase I of Alpha Two testing will occur on weekends. Each weekend is scheduled to start on Fridays at 10 AM PT and end on Sundays at 10 PM PT. Find out more here.

There has been a bit of controversy lately over the my.com debacle, kickstarter backers access and etc. What do you think? Are we on track? Do they need to change some things? Id like to know because the loudest voice isn't always right...What do we think?

    I feel some people need to reel in their sense of entitlement. Intrepid needs to be allowed the flexibility to make the decisions they feel is best for the game.

    IS is blowing my mind whenever they show something new to the Community. I cannot understand the constant uproar and distrust in this company.

    So far, they always delivered way more than what was announced or to be expected. Doesnt matter if its the Testing Access or additional Game Content. Heck even the Kickstarter got upgraded further than the reached goal - for free - as bonus

    I didnt lose my hope yet, actually it just grown bigger with every move they did.

    I know they have made some choices that some people hate. Like the summer backers, My.com, allowing everyone to join in Alpha 1 (didn't know that was an issue until today), and some more that I may have missed.

    I just think that people misunderstand that when you put your money in Kickstarter, you are just donating it. You don't get stock. You don't get your funds back. And you don't get a say on what the company feels would be the best choice for the project.

    Undead isn’t a race because there’s no finish line.

    And for me, the game looks good and it’s AHEAD of schedule.  The “controversies” are minor and represent not problems but worries people have.  I can’t really see anything to complain about.

    Of course we might look back and say, “Remember Alpha 1 when everything looked perfect?”  Who knows what the future will bring.  But right now it seems better than anyone could expect.

    I think they are doing this in a way the mmo community is totally not ready for, open and honest. We expect people to lie to us so it should sound better.

    Same as the others above. Not see development like this in the mmo world before and the hype is unreal. Haven’t found an mmo that I’ve loved since SWG and this is looking like the one  <3

    My.com was a bit of a dodgy one but @GMSteven Has always been open and honest with us so if he says it was the only way them that’s fair enough.  

    @nagash I’m hoping for plenty of undead mobs to PURGE!!!

    I'm really happy with everything. Everything about this game is better than expected and I don't think they'll drop the quality any time soon, unless they run out of time and need to cut corners to make a deadline, but I don't think that will happen. I think they are actually farther ahead than they are telling us.

    I'm very positive that this game will be a success (for me and my interests at least). Intrepid has got some good ideas and intentions - they just need to implement them right and they need to stay with the no pw2 thing. Hopefully. I've invested enough money and blood for other MMORPG's which have let me down! :(

    I think they are doing good but ultimate teller of that is the game itself when it launches, words are wind.

    If I'm going to be honest I was once ALL in with out any doubts but over time there have been things that have raised concerns. My concerns that applies to me.

    They have also done a great job with game as well.

    I'll say I'm not a blind follower but then I never blindly follow anything or anyone.

    Nor am I a nay sayer. 

    Wouldn't strongly recommend anymore wouldn't tell people to stay away, I would say it is a game worth keeping an eye on and and maybe try it out when it comes out. I know unless something drastic happens I will deff give it a try when it comes out maybe even get into beta even things start going more into the positive direction.

    At this point I'm still hope but I'm at a wait and see what happens position. Thos that could be different if I was in EU but reading the various posts in that situation I would honestly prob lean towards doubt but see how things unfold.

    One can never truly know how things will work out only time will tell.

    I do hope the game sticks to the original vision that got me interested in the first place, but I have enlisted some doubt along the way, yet I still Hope.

    That's about as honest as I can be.
