Used Friends Referral to start account but i got BoW package

a friend way back in kick starter times got me into this game i used there referral info to create a account. During Kickstarter i got the BoW package they where unable to get this package. Do i count as a account for them for the referral program that is in place ?

    Your friend can check how many referrals he has on his account page. Click on Refer+Win and check if he has any referrals listed. Some referrals when clicked did not register early on in the process due to people running adblockers and other various reasons. Contacting customer support through the website is the only way to get anything referral related handled. In any case, payouts from referrals won't be handled until after the game live launches just prior to 2020. And even then there will be a "cooling off" period before anything is credited. All very clearly explained on the website in that section. Good luck.

    I have people on my referral program that have kickstarter packages, so if everything was done correctly, it worked.
