SEA Region Availability on beta or release

I'm from SEA region and looking forward on this game. Before i pre-order this game, can someone confirm if this game will be available in SEA region or just NA? Playing in NA servers is so laggy from my end due to high latency.

I found this statement from the AoC wiki.

"There is no current publisher for the OCE (Oceanic) and SEA (Southeast Asia) regions. It is likely that Intrepid Studios will self-publish in OCE.[208]

We do not have a publisher in mind for Oceanic and Southeast region of Asia so we will likely be self-publishing in OCE.[208] – Steven Sharif

Why only OCE and not include SEA? No love for SEA playerbase? :(

    The regional servers will be based on their metrics for population at launch. Last information give was 50% NA, 35% EU, and 15% "everything else." If you want to make sure that SEA gets some love at launch over the Aussies, then sign up as many friends and others in your region that you can. There are many of us not in Oceania, but in Northern Asia like Japan, Korea, and stretching down to SEA like Singapore and others that would like to see some love, but if we just don't have the numbers signed up, thems the breaks.
