They have said that they will do some localizations and translations depending on demand after release, many languages will be available for the client I don't have a quote but I believe Italian was in the list.

If you want to ensure that the game is released in Italian, you need to get a lot of Italian people to get involved with the game and support it.

The more supporters who need the game in a particular language, the more likely it is that it will be localized into that language.
