As the title states, I just got the emails for testing and I'm so beyond excited for this opportunity that I had to come in here and go EEEeeeeeee!!!!!!! <3

    Same here!! Even though it is only a BR right now it is really exciting to test it and be a part of the game this early.

    Yep, i too was extremely happy. Until i saw it was BR, i even tried it... Was even the worst BR ive tried.. can you please focus on the MMO combat instead..? I didnt back this for BR stop bandwagoning to cash grab... hopefully  next beta will be real gameplay.

    I can't tell if this is a troll or not haha so I'll reply:
    1. This BR did NOT take anything away from the development of the MMO, it was a quick and dirty make (used assets developed for the game and just smacked them together with easy rule-set)
    2. This IS them focusing on MMO combat, Intrepid has made this testing schedule to put combat front and center and to finalize it ASAP. The MMO combat will be a hybrid of action and tab targeting (you may be referring to tab targeting as MMO combat?) and apparently tab is easy to code so they are figuring out how combat feels in this BR test mode (along with a bunch of other things like servers).
    3. Cash grab? They will be allowing people to play the BR for free and it may not even be a thing ever again after the test is over. Is "cash grab" just a buzzword now?
    4. The next "Beta" is still an Alpha and again will be focusing on a different game mode that has COMBAT testing at its heart. Have some patience, Rome was not built in a day.
    I think most AoC content creators have some video or another to this effect. Stay calm and let Intrepid test in a low-no investment game mode. We just need to provide constructive feedback.

    I've been watching this game since they announced they were working on it years ago, I backed them with Kickstarter when that was revealed. I'm not a fan of PvP but idgaf about that right now! I get to get in earlier than my access and test out a bunch of pieces of the game put together in a BR. I died within the first 5 minutes of touch down but i also dgaf about that. I'm excited and grateful that I get to help Intrepid test these pieces of the game and be an easy target for good pvpers. This game is stunning. I'm really impressed with it so far. Intrepid is trying to do it right. Love them for it.

    I really do need to stop by more often, I have a horrible fear of forums because of a certain mmo A....Age, was so toxic. I'll do my best to be more involved here haha <3
