The Sprint Bard Spell - Juxtaposed to the Necro

A Unique spell to the magician that allows their party to 'berserk' the enemy by a thousand paper cuts.  This is opposed to the NECRO DPS.  A necro cant finish the beast off, bring in the clowns?  

Note - I dislike DPS necrosis immensely.  They are lazy as much as enchanters and troubadours.

I would suggest the Skafftaruss spell.  It kills you slowly with each writing it posts.
