Node caravan question

I know theres no corruption for attackn caravan but if your attackn a node caravan so your most likely killing npcs guarding it (there for no players are witnessing who is the attacker). So im curious if the mayor/king of that node gets informed of who attacked it and if there is any way for them to take action towards those who attacked it because they ruined a trade between nodes (such as placing a bounty on their heads or merely informing their citizens/neighboring nodes that a thief is on the road)

Which makes you free game inside that ZOI.
Probably only to that Node's citizens
As far as knowing about stuff with some all-knowing magical crystal ball? Probably not.
If you don't send PCs out there to defend your caravan and it gets jacked, you probably won't know who did it. They want to put the players back in MMORPG.
Mild clarification based on my understanding (which has proven wrong in the past!).
I don't think that it would make the player who attacked the caravan 'free game in that node' but rather free game in the Zone of Influence. For a village, that would be the node, for a town/city it could include adjacent nodes, for the metropolis, it might extend quite some ways.
Collectively of course, it would not be the fault of just one of those groups.
...imo.
