Problems about not responding support

Hi, When I first heard about access to BR for alpha 2 players I upgraded my pre-order pack, 4 weeks ago, when I didn't get access I wrote ticket  about it, waiting 3 weeks for respond. Already made 2 tickets. 
what should I do ? Something else or call them by phone Made another ticket ? Dunno. But I can understand they can be busy, but 3 weeks is a lot of time.

Well I have the issue that I switched e-mail addresses on my account, after the my.com announcement. After that I still got the alpha e-mails to my old e-mail because still my old e-mail is listed in the Alpha list and not the new one.
I wrote them a ticket on the 19th of September. Got an answer back, that my issue was forwarded to the  web team. Since then nothing happened. I have asked for updates on the 25th of October and on the 10th of November. No answer. I get that there is much to do, but still almost 2 months without solution... i am starting to get irritated.
If you somehow solve how to contact them, then please inform me as well.

Does Alpha 2 still have access? Because I was under the impression that was a one time thing to try and pop 100 player games to stresss the server.

Hello, yes we do. I'm an alpha 2 backer and I was playing this last weekend.

Hope you other guys get your problems solved soon. Waiting weeks on end is definitely a little too long

I think Alpha 2 only got access to the one weekend. and then you will get access again when Apoc is open for everybody. Could be wrong though.
