Movement looks arcade like :-/

Dont mind the critique. I hope the devs or someone can see and answer this. I know the game is still in early development.
I think it would be AWESOME and add so much immersion and realism, if the movement was refined. I have been watching a lot of videos, and it looks a bit too much like Overwatch. People turn on a dime, zip from side to side with no inbetween, no stopping movement, no pitching of the body, no additional animations to suggest they are strafing side to side in armor. It looks too abrupt and sharp. The combat looks decent, but still a bit weird at moments as well. I'm hoping that when you go from running to switching directions to crouching to looking around, etc, I hope there are smooth, realistic transitions and I really hope that erratic, unnatural movement will be dealt with by the dev's.
We have a beautiful world that looks realistic and not cartoonish like wow. I lovvvvveeee that. I do hope they will put that into all aspects. This isnt a competitive arcade fps shooter with cartoonish aesthetics, there is no need for that kind of movement here. So when we see people and crowds moving about as we will everyday for hours, we can feel more immersed. That is key.
Any thoughts?
