How will Conjurers Work?
So i've pretty much read all there is to know about the archtypes and what interest me most are mage and summoner. I understand how secondary archtypes augument your primary. If I am going to be an archiwizard I more or less understand how it could go but how will a conjurer work? How does doubling down on summoner make you a conjurer? Do you summon more powerful minions or do your minions summon their own?
Pretty much i'm confused on the class.

Unfortunatly we don´t know much yet about the actual skills and augments. So no way to tell exactly how all classes are going to be.
But we know that doubling down will strenghten your primary role.
So summoner+summoner should be the most "summoniest" summoner. Just like tank+tank is the most "tankiest" tank.
But what does that mean for the summoner? Maybe he has the most powerful summons or he can summon the most minions. While other classes with summoner may have weaker/less minions they could have more overall utility.
Maybe conjurers can summon giant war golems while necromancers can just summon some average skeletons.
But then again necromancers could maybe summon meat golems or undead dragons.
I guess we have to wait a little longer to know more about all classes.
It would be cool if you could summon an undead add, which would tankthe damage instead of the tank (the tank would still hold the aggro, but the add would "eat" all the damage until it died) I just cant see the necromancer to summon giant monsters(of course there are always the giant meat constructs or giants but that is another thing entirely), I always imagine them as the commanders of this HUGE crowd of skelletons or ghouls. xD
It would be cool if Conjurers would summon arcane elementals or giant constructs.
They could even focus on summoning things other then Monsters. Maybe they get the ability to summon walls or artificial weapons, which attack on their own (like in Guild Wars 2 with the Guardian Weapons)
Also i kind of wonder how sieges will be if there are huge amounts of summoners on one side. If a summoner could have multiple minions and there are 200 summoners on one side. Suddenly there are 400 or 600 minions attacking?
Even if summoners can´t have multiple minions. They can have siege golems. With 200 summoners there could be over 20 powerful siege golems attacking at once.
Can summoners who summoned a siege golem have normal minions simultaneously. I remember that it was said that only one summoner controls the siege golem and the orthers can do other stuff.
I´m just terrified of fighting against summoners right now. Thanks Atama!
We may see node and racial (and perhaps) other impacts as well, though I do not think this is confirmed.
Orcs and elves may summon different creatures, and perhaps the node you are a citizen of may influence that, as in a Military node summoner may bring forth creatures better armed than a summoner from an Economic node.
However, if you summon undead while attacking a Divine node, perhaps your summons will suffer a penalty.
The multiple combinations of issues like these makes AoC fascinating!
All the best, TT
