    They plan to offer servers wherever there is sufficient demand. They know where people are signing up from geographically, and if there is a large enough market in South America (I guess it could be South Africa too) they will have them. At launch there will be NA, EU. and OCE/SEA servers confirmed. There is no region locking, so you will be able to play no matter where you are from.

Saben de dónde se está inscribiendo la gente desde el punto de vista geográfico, y si hay un mercado lo suficientemente grande en Sudamérica (supongo que también podría ser Sudáfrica) los tendrán. En el lanzamiento habrá NA, UE. y servidores OCE / SEA confirmados. No hay bloqueo de región, por lo que podrás jugar sin importar de dónde seas.
