I would like to know when the AOC developers will pour out the contract signed with the mail group into the network, they often refer to it, but have never seen the details

Хотел бы узнать когда разработчики АОС,выльют в сеть договор с майл group, очень часто на него ссылаются, но не разу не видел подробностей

    They have no reason to share contract details with customers and in many cases have a legal obligation to not do so. You will have to make your own judgement call on whether or not you trust the promises and statements from Intrepid to overcome your possible problems with mail.ru.
