Our mission in Ashes of Creation is to build a solid group of highly-engaged members with a focus on longevity, consistency, and intensity. Our guild has been involved in the AoC community since the Kickstarter campaign in 2017. Our leader is a Phoenix Initiative member followed by more than 100+ Alpha 1 testers and even more in Alpha 2. We value respect, maturity, and a positive atmosphere. We are active in other games now while we wait for AoC.
Axiom's goals and ambitions for Ashes of Creation require a strong core of leaders and specialists willing to dedicate their time and skills toward the guild. We will be seeking those individuals during the game's Alpha and Beta testing phases, as well as in other MMOs we play prior to launch. Qualities we look for include:

⬗You must be 18 years or older.
⬗Consistent and active participation in AoC discussion, testing, and other community events or games
⬗Fits well within the culture of Axiom and upholds community values.
⬗Personality traits and skills that add value to the overall leadership core.
⬗You have a say in the community. We welcome feedback and innovation. If you have recommendations or the desire to contribute, we will listen and enable you to achieve your goals.
⬗A "servant leadership" attitude.
⬗Desire to build Axiom and establish a rapport as a leader prior to launch.
We aim to fill dozens of specialized leadership positions for the game's launch. Now is the time to join us and earn your place in one of the following roles:

⬗PvP Shotcallers / tacticians
⬗PvE Raid/ World Boss/ Dungeon Lead

Our community sets itself apart by fostering a competitive mentality with a low tolerance for toxicity and an intense focus on pointed, constructive improvement. We aim to be civilized, but ruthless toward our enemies. We are developing a skilled core of PvP players for an elite flex team and a well-rounded siege roster to make Axiom a force to be reckoned with. Whether you’re a veteran warrior or a humble artisan, our PvP leadership will train you and lead you to victory.
We are a PvX guild because we love to play MMOs, and we understand the spectrum of playstyles that come with the genre. For the casual player, that means accessibility to events, ways to contribute to the greater goal of the guild, and time spent enjoying the game with good people at their own pace; for the hardcore we offer adequate structure, expectations, and leadership that will streamline cooperation with players like themselves to overcome challenging content and be the forefront of progress. Most players are in between these styles of play, and every type of player can add value to the community. We will establish ways for these playstyles to coexist and complement each other so that all members of Axiom will benefit from the diverse resources, knowledge, and skills the community has to offer. We enjoy all aspects of the game, and we are looking for individuals interested in PvP, PvE, Crafting, Econ, and more.
