I had a kickstarter founder pack that I bought but i don't think its connected to my account

    It does not appear to be based on your forum "member" status.
    There is a Support Icon on the homepage, you will want to submit something there. Recently I believe a few others lost their status, but I am not sure if that has anything to do with the accounts being linked.

    If it's been 48 hours since you activated it, it should be linked. If it still does not work, I'd suggest contacting Customer Support over at https://ashesofcreation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
